Didi Dubbeldam Concept developer, sales manager and lyricist. In the nineties Didi lived in Spain, where she founded a wholesale business for the growing entertainment sector. That’s where she saw the growing potential of dance music for children. She took her knowledge and network to the Netherlands, where she started DD Company in 2001.

Jan van der Plas Producer and often also composer of the songs, singer and guitarist on many of them. He’s a veteran in the Dutch music scene. Well known through his work with the band Les Zazous and his musical directorship of De Vrienden van Amstel festival in the Rotterdam Ahoy. Jan has written several books on music (De Muzikantengids, 50 Jaar Nederpop) and the tv series Nederpop Met Hart En Ziel (Teleac NOT). He also teaches at the Rockacademy in Tilburg.

DD Company
The name of the company is Django Music & Publishing, the name of the act is DD Company. Chances are you’ll run across this name somewhere. Songs like If You’re Happy, Come Along And Dance, Hello!, Head Shoulders Knee And Toes, Tapati Tapata and The Animal Song sound familiar to many people. And our modern versions of Veo Veo, Superman, Hokey Cokey and Tsjoe Tsjoe Wa have become the international standard.
